Joey Logano (Ford) won the Can-Am 500 at Phoenix. He was followed by Kyle Busch (Toyota), and Kyle Larson (Chevrolet). With his win, Logano classified to the CHASE FOR THE NASCAR SPRINT CUP CHAMPIONSHIP 4.

Jimmie Johnson (Chevrolet) won at Miami, and became the new NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion. He was followed by Kyle Larson (Chevrolet), and Kevin Harvick (Chevrolet).
